Nikita Zaitsev co-founded Z&S Advisory LLP with Andrey Shcherba and runs it as Managing Partner. He divides his time between London and Geneva. In Geneva he heads the legal department of FINCORPO.COM & Legal Services SA, a corporate services firm.
He is completing an LL.M. in International Business Law at the University of Fribourg. He advises on corporate structuring in Switzerland, the UK and international jurisdictions, on commercial contracts, and on the legal side of moving a business or a family to another country.
He starts from the result the client needs and works back to the structure, the jurisdiction and the paperwork. He works in Russian, English and French.
